Any order, quote validation, payment, or project commencement implies the full and complete acceptance of these T&C by the client, without reservation.
The services are subject to an obligation of means and not an obligation of result.
A service is considered validated after:

A deposit may be required before any commencement. The balance remains due upon project delivery.
Any payment delay may result in the immediate suspension of services.

Hosting services, domain names, or external providers remain the responsibility of their respective operators.
Creations remain the property of Touny Global until full payment of the amounts due.
The security of a website also depends on the client's usage. Touny Global cannot guarantee absolute protection against all cyberattacks.
Touny Global's liability cannot be engaged in the event of an occurrence beyond its control: network failure, massive cyberattack, technical disaster, or provider interruption.
Any engaged service remains due. No refund can be claimed for work already performed.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
